We are writing to thank you for the excellent work you performed in selling my mother's home.  Having seen your work before, we were not surprised by the painstaking attention to detail in staging the home and representing it in literally the best possible light.  However, we were impressed by the amount of engagement you had in terms of recommending professionals to do the work whenever we requested help. Everyone you recommend seemed to offer a great price, and they always best the estimate of anyone we contacted on our own.  Their work was flawless, and that included getting help with carpet replacement, plumbing, steam cleaning, handyman services, and legal representation. Finally the time and effort you invested to take care of many of the last minute documents and certifications for us made it so much easier to take care of everything without skipping out of work.

Mary and Tim evaluated the property, suggested a few things to detail and helped price the house for a quick sale. They were extremely professional and determined to help us obtain the best value for our home.  Tim even helped me install a garbage disposal. I am interested in purchasing a vacation home and will not hesitate to employ the Foleys.

The Foley team did a tremendous job.  They began with a critical eye towards identifying issues with the house that they felt needed to be addressed before we went to market.  Put together a book and video that showed well.  Ran interference between me and potential biuyers and were always direct and well informed. Good counsel on managing last minute details and process.
